A Heartfelt Feature in "De Fotograaf"
I am absolutely delighted to share that my recent work has been featured in a beautiful article by Hans Arend de Wit for the magazine De Fotograaf. It is always a unique experience to see your own creative process through the eyes of another professional, and Hans has captured the essence of what I strive for in every session.
The article focuses on my portraits of women in traditional dress (klederdracht). At first glance, one might mistake these for archival images from a bygone era. However, as Hans insightfully notes, there is a distinct quality in these photographs that reveals their modern soul: the connection.
